2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Payment is due immediately after the service is completed.

We accept cash and e-transfer.

No refunds are offered once a service has been performed.
4. Weather Conditions
In the event of poor weather (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme cold), we may need to reschedule your appointment. If this happens, we will contact you directly to arrange a new date that works for both parties.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure we can perform our services efficiently and safely, customers must:

Park their vehicle in a driveway or area that allows adequate space to detail the vehicle.

Provide access to an outdoor power outlet and water source.

Ensure the vehicle is not emptied, unless otherwise requested. We may need access to interior compartments to perform a complete detail.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you via email or post the revised terms on our website.
